*Estimated savings based on the following: (1) The Price-to-Compare for rate codes DS and DM for a 36 month term commencing May 2010 are based on default service rates per the Duke Energy Ohio Electric Tariff as of April 7, 2010; (2) The average 12 months of historical electric usage for customers targeted through this offer.
** Estimated savings excludes customers in rate code DS with a Price to Compare of 7.75 cents/kWh or lower and customers in rate code DM with a Price to Compare of 9.00 cents/kWh or lower, as these customers may receive a slightly lower savings.
*** Any modifications to the default service rates in the Duke Energy Ohio Electric Tariff and/or any changes to your electric usage may increase or decrease your estimated savings percentage.
