This program offers

  1. Prompt repairs with a single call to our 24-Hour Emergency Hotline. 
  2. A pre-screened, licensed and insured technician dispatched to your home.
  3. Payment by check or credit/debit card with either monthly, quarterly or yearly payment options.
  4. No bill to pay for covered repairs up to the annual plan limit.
  5. Cancel your coverage at anytime.

You get service you can trust without the worries of hiring, negotiating and paying excessive contractor rates. 

Brief description of program coverage options

  1. Interior Electrical - $4.99 per month. Covers your home against problems with outlets, switches, fuses, breakers and inside wiring. This plan covers repairs up to $2,500 per year.*
  2. Exterior Electrical - $4.99 per month. Covers only one overhead or underground connection to the property per plan, including weatherhead, insulator, riser, meter base, service entrance conductor, and disconnect/reconnect fees. This plan covers repairs up to $3,000 per year.*
  3. Exterior Gas Line- $4.99 per month. Pays for repair or replacement should your home have a natural gas leak in the exterior line - from curb to home.
    An excellent plan for homeowners whose gas company doesn't maintain these lines as part of their normal service. Call 1-888-658-3800 to ensure this service is right for you. This plan covers repairs up to $3,000 per year.*
  4. Interior Gas Line- $4.49 per month. Pays for repair or replacement should your home have a natural gas leak in your in-house service line. This plan covers repairs up to $3,000 per year.*
  5. Exterior Water Service Line - $5.49 per month. Protects against problems with your water service line from the curb to the inlet valve of your water meter. This plan covers repairs up to $3,500 per year.*
  6. Exterior Sewer Line - $6.99 per month. Pays for repair or replacement of your sewer drain line. This plan covers repairs up to $6,000 per year.*
  7. Telephone and Low-Voltage Wiring - $2.99 per month. Covers your interior low-voltage wiring including wiring for your telephones - from your network interface device on the exterior of your house to the telephone jacks - doorbell and thermostat. This plan covers repairs up to $1,000 per year.*

All services are performed by a third-party vendor, AMT Service Corporation, the company responsible for providing the Interior Electrical Protection Plan for your electrical service. The delivery of your service benefits is managed by Home Service Repair Management Corporation, on behalf of AMT Service Corporation.
